Meeting held on 27th June, 2007 in King George’s Hall.

Ann Jones from Cotswold District Council has agreed to inspect the trees in the High Street

The weeds on the Plantation have been attended to

The condition of the footpath in Norton View has been reported to Gloucestershire County Highways.

Following a request from the public, “Public Time” will, for a trial period, be transferred to the end of the items on the Agenda 

Gloucester Lane — please see report from the Chairman 

Severn Trent will be asked what arrangements they have to supply an emergency generator for the pumping station in Gloucester Lane. 

Gloucestershire County Council’s street light pilot scheme will discussed at the July meeting when more information is available. 

Councillor Vick has a meeting with The Sports Club on the 28th June and will report back to next month’s meeting with further information.

The Clerk will contact Gloucestershire County Council to ascertain what signage is legally required on the Plantation.

The Chairman read out letters received from Parishioners regarding the decision on the future of Gloucester Lane.

Emergency actions for dealing with flooding will be discussed at the July meeting.
